Stu's beginnings were at the larger CPA firms of Arthur Andersen & Co. and Margolin, Winer & Evens. In 1978, he joined the firm of Schooler, Weinstein, Minsky & Lester where he was a partner. It was there that he met Betty Himelstein, and in 1994 they left to form their own practice in Garden City with a support staff of four. Betty retired in June of 2004 and we all wish her the best in the future.

Our support staff of Accountants, of whom we are very proud, consist of Joann Cottone CPA, Lenny Cinquemani and Brandon Minsky. Joann joined us our first day at the new offices in 1994, and has now worked her way up to partnership in the firm. Lenny joined us in 2003 and Brandon in 2004. Our clientele are diversified in both size and industry. We consider no engagement too small nor too large as our experience has provided us with knowledge to service all types of clients. We provide tax return services for individuals, trusts, estates, as well as partnerships and corporations. We also prepare compiled and reviewed financial statements for our business clients. Finally, we prepare all payroll and sales tax returns for these clients if necessary.
